The following terminologies apply to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, and to all Agreements: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” are references to you, the individual who is accessing and making use of the services offered by Company Profiles South Africa and is in agreement with the Company’s Terms and Conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, and “We” point to our Company, Company Profiles South Africa. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” imply both the Customer and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves. All terms denote the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment required to embark on our service provision process to the Client in the most suitable manner, whether it be through formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, all intended to fulfil the Client’s needs in terms of delivering the Company’s products and services, adhering to and subject to the applicable South African Laws. Any usage of the above-mentioned terminology or other words in singular, plural, capitalised, and/or he/she or they, are considered as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Provision of Services
Company Profiles South Africa is committed to delivering products and services to the Client as per the agreed terms. These Terms and Conditions serve as the standard business guidelines for Company Profiles South Africa.
Ordinarily, our processing time varies from 5-10 working days, beginning from the receipt of all essential information needed from the client to provide the first draft. The actual duration, however, can also be contingent upon the volume of work required to produce the draft and/or any modifications to the draft. When submitting information to Company Profiles South Africa, the client affirms the accuracy of the information as per these terms and conditions, which could be incorporated into the company profile. If the information provided involves proprietary, copyrighted, or registered trademarks, the client asserts that they either own this information or have obtained the right to use it in their company profile.
Upon receiving the completed questionnaire from the client, we commit to delivering the first draft of your company’s written profile within 3 working days. We offer a single, free revision, to be requested in writing within the next (10) ten working days. After the content is reviewed and approved by the client, we will proceed to create a design draft for the company profile within 3 working days of the content’s finalisation. You are entitled to one free design revision, to be requested in writing within the subsequent (10) ten working days.
Throughout the process, we provide free email and phone support. We assure total confidentiality and uphold a strict non-disclosure policy.
Step by Step Action Plan for the completion of a company profile, or any other service:
Step 1: The initiation of the project commences upon receipt of a 50% payment from you.
Step 2: We will email you a questionnaire. If there is no response from the client for more than ten (10) working days, or if we do not receive the completed company profile questionnaire within ten (10) working days of you engaging our services, we won’t be able to process any refunds.
Step 3: You will need to complete the questionnaire, and provide any other information that is required. For any clarification, you can freely reach us via email, Whatsapp, or phone call. The services suggested by Company Profiles South Africa are based on the details you provide through the questionnaire. These details are crucial in preparing your profile. If there are changes to the details provided while or after the profile is being compiled, Company Profiles South Africa may levy an additional charge for updating the profile. Our services are tailored to the specifications provided by the clients. If you request additional information beyond what’s included in Company Profiles South Africa’s services, a fee may be charged. The completed questionnaire should be emailed back to us within ten (10) working days.
Step 4: On receipt of the completed questionnaire, we will create the written content for your company profile, and you’ll receive this within 3 working days of us receiving the completed questionnaire. You should review the content thoroughly and notify us if revisions are necessary. If any errors are found, we offer a free revision within ten (10) working days, which needs to be submitted in writing. Note that only one free revision is offered by Company Profiles South Africa.
Step 5: We will then proceed with designing your company profile. If you have any specific design ideas, please communicate them to Company Profiles South Africa. You’ll receive the design draft within 3 working days of the content finalisation.
Step 6: Upon receiving the company profile draft, you are required to settle the remaining balance for your company profile or other services provided. Upon full payment, one round of design revisions is allowed.
Step 7: After client approval of the company profile, the final versions will be sent via email within 1 working day of approval. Any alterations to the layout, content, or features of Company Profiles South Africa’s products and services must be approved by Company Profiles South Africa.
Step 8: Your company profile is now ready for distribution.
Product Terms:
Consulting Services: Be aware that support beyond the predefined scope of the project, encompassing areas such as additional content generation, research tasks, or business consulting, may incur an extra fee, which must be paid upfront.
The specifics of your company profile or package and its associated deliverables are comprehensively detailed on our website.
When engaging with our services, bear in mind that you’ll gain access to our unique suite of tools for order processing. In light of this, our policy states that service orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, as laid out in our terms and conditions.
Moreover, effective collaboration and open communication are key elements to the successful completion of your company profile or any other services you may require.
Depending on the situation, we might offer a partial refund based on the following order completion stages:
Should you cancel in written form within ten (10) business days of receiving the questionnaire, we will retain a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total cost of the company profile/service.
Once the written content has been supplied, or any other services delivered, all fees are non-negotiable and due. If payments fail or any breach of this Agreement occurs, we reserve the right to suspend our services, notifying you in writing five (5) days prior. This suspension will remain in effect until the issue causing it is resolved, or the Agreement is ended according to its terms. The halting of services does not pause the terms of this Agreement or your obligation to pay.
In exceptional circumstances, we may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect by sending a written notification to you if:
(i) Service provision would breach any relevant laws, regulations, or ordinances;
(ii) The execution of services under this Agreement remains suspended for ten (10) or more working days;
(iii) Payment of all due amounts and fees fails to occur.
You can terminate this Agreement if we do not remedy a significant breach within thirty (30) days. In the event of termination, all outstanding payments must be made immediately. There will be no reimbursements, refunds, or returns of any paid amounts due to the termination of the Agreement.
Upon receipt of the company profile and/or service, the client has a ten (10) working day period during which we will offer a single revision to rectify any errors on our part at no additional cost. Any extra modifications to the final product and/or service after the ten-day revision period will be made at the client’s expense.
